Level 2 では、LOOK 2 と Our World 2 を使用します。

Level 1 のカリキュラムを終了した生徒さん、またはアルファベットとフォニックスを理解し、基礎的な文法に少し慣れている生徒さんにおすすめのクラスです。

Jolly Phonics や Sounds of English の単語練習を通して、LOOK の教科書以外にもさまざまな単語に挑戦し、発音と読む力を強化していきます。

文法の学習では、アメリカの小学校2年生レベルの文法から学んでいきます。

グループレッスンのため、学期末には劇の台本を使って発表も行います。前に出て英語を話す経験を重ねることで、英語への不安を少しずつ減らし、自信につなげていきます。

私たちは、発表を完璧に行うことだけを目的にしているのではなく、子どもたちが人前で英語を話す機会を持ち、将来にもつながるプレゼンテーション力を育てていくことを大切にしています。

目標
基礎文法を定着させながら、単語力、発音、読む力をさらに伸ばし、自分の言葉で英語を使うことに自信をつけることです。

Level 2 uses LOOK 2 and Our World 2.

This class is recommended for students who have completed the Level 1 curriculum or who already understand the alphabet and phonics and are becoming comfortable with basic grammar.

Through Jolly Phonics and Sounds of English word practice, students challenge a wider range of vocabulary beyond the LOOK textbook while strengthening pronunciation and reading skills.

In grammar study, students begin with grammar commonly taught in second grade in American elementary schools.

Because this is a group lesson, students also give presentations at the end of each term using simple scripts. Speaking in front of others helps children gradually overcome fear and build confidence.

Our goal is not simply perfect performance, but giving children opportunities to speak English in front of others and develop presentation skills that will benefit them in the future.

Goal: To strengthen basic grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and reading skills while helping students use English more confidently.
