Let's Go 2 は、Oxford が出版している人気シリーズのカリキュラムです。

アルファベットとフォニックスを理解し、基礎的な文法に少し慣れてきた小学生のお子さまにおすすめのクラスです。

Jolly Phonics Step 1〜7 の単語読みの練習を通して、テキスト以外にもさまざまな単語に挑戦し、発音や読む力を強化していきます。

グループレッスンのため、学期末には劇の台本を使って発表も行います。前に出て英語を話す経験を重ねることで、英語への不安を少しずつ減らし、自信につなげていきます。

私たちは、発表を完璧に行うことだけを目的にしているのではなく、子どもたちが人前で英語を話す機会を持ち、将来にもつながるプレゼンテーション力を育てていくことを大切にしています。

目標
Let's Go 2 の内容を通して、読む・聞く・話す力をバランスよく伸ばすこと、そして Jolly Phonics Step 1〜7 を身につけながら、CVCの文字だけでなく、Blends や Digraph を含む単語も読めるように練習していくことが目標です。

Let's Go 2 is part of Oxford’s popular curriculum series.

This class is recommended for elementary school students who already understand the alphabet and phonics and are becoming familiar with basic grammar.

Through Jolly Phonics Steps 1 through 7, students practice reading a wider range of words beyond the textbook, helping them strengthen both pronunciation and reading confidence.

Because this is a group lesson, students also use simple scripts and perform at the end of each term. Speaking English in front of others helps children gradually overcome fear and build confidence.

Our goal is not simply perfect performance, but giving children opportunities to speak English in front of others and develop presentation skills that will benefit them in the future.

Goal: To build balanced reading, listening, and speaking skills through Let's Go 2, while mastering Jolly Phonics Steps 1 through 7. Students also practice reading not only CVC words, but also words that include blends and digraphs.
